This amazingly shaped tree was under some trees and bushes in a wood in Scotland. It was quite difficult to get myself and my tripod under the trees in the position I wanted, and then to balance the exposure across the image. It looks to me like a prehistoric monster or dragon. I used monochrome film in my Ebony SU view camera.
